The quality seems very good and it doesn't look cheap. The bolts were loose in the big box which was not ideal, like it was returned, and one was missing. I put it together missing one, life is too short. It seems sturdy so far.

Beautiful chair, cat proof, not child proof

I picked this chair because I have a cat who likes to scratch furniture and I was looking for something she wouldn't want to scratch. She shredded the back of my previous faux leather chair so I love that this one has wood on the back but still has some cushion and softness on the front. It's not super soft or comfortable for long hours of use (if you work from home) but for the brief occasions when I use a computer it feels good. However, while this may be perfect for anyone with a cat it is definitely not child proof. My son has already broken the lever within the first few days of owning it and now it no longer raises and lowers. Still looks nice though. My conclusion is it's good for cats, bad for kids, looks very nice but not made for heavy use.

Very nice and comfortable chair. For a couple weeks, I kept finding nuts and bolts on the floor at home and I couldn't figure out what was going on. One day, the back just fell off the chair and I realized what had happened. Make sure you tighten the bolts really good as they will work themselves off if you don't. Now it works great.

Nice modern chair

A little difficult to put together but has held up well and looks contemporary while being comfortable.

Seems like a solid enough chair, but the seat cushion is cheap and the finish on the wood was flaking off. It is not a stain, its more like a glaze. Fit and finish of the seat and back cushion was sloppy. Better chairs out there for the money. Overstock made the return very simple and easy. I give 5 stars to Overstock for ease of return.

Incorrect specs

Advertised to have 20-24" adjustable seat height. It's actually closer to 15-18" which is too short for my desk. Disappointed in how short it is but an otherwise attractive and well made chair.

Good Price for home office chair

This matches my desk in my bedroom very nicely. It's comfortable for a smaller person. I don't know that my husband would like it due to the size. Love the look of the bamboo back. My husband said it was easy to put together which is a plus.

It's comfortable and stylish, and good quality looking. Easily adjusts up and down and wheels work well.
