Don't waste your money.

I bought that chair at the end of last year. I do not use it very often, maybe 10h per month. The gas cylinder started leaking and the hair falls right down.

So happy with this chair!

This is a great chair! Very comfortable & sturdy – not at all flimsy. The assembly instructions looked intimidating at first, but each step was clear & it came together very well. Very pleased with this purchase!

Fortitude

5ft8, 330 lbs, 2 years old. Supports my shoulders, and accommodates my wideness. This chair is a champion among chairs, to withhold such weight and girth for so long while providing me with comfort. Arms can be installed to make the chair even wider.

Overpriced and only good for minimal use...

I bought this chair a couple months ago for $250 because I was desperate for a office chair to work from home with. I found that this chair was about $100 over priced for what it is. After 3 weeks it started to creak and crack with every movement and the cushion went flat after just a couple hours of sitting in it giving me back and hip pain. For $250 I would have expected better and a few more features with this chair. I returned it and have found something better. I recommend to anyone looking for an office chair to sit in 8+ hours a day to buy something in the $400 + range or you will have similar problems as most chairs under that price point use the same mechanical parts which are not of very high quality. It's just a matter of time that you will have the chair creak, crack, and deflate/sink on you with this low of a price point as they all seem to use the same lower quality parts

I recommend this chair (although it's a bit too big for short folks)

I am so glad that I finally bought a chair with armrests. My spouse and I hate to throw things out, even a chair that was a gift and was not so comfortable for years lol ) because they may end up in landfill. Anyway, I bought this on sale as a bit of a Christmas gift to myself and it was a real deal. Easy to put together; an enclosed manual explains how to adjust the armrests and chair height. The only thing stopping me from giving 5 stars is that the chair is a bit too big for me: I am 5'2"; I am using a phone book under each foot because I could not lower the chair far enough down, and I have added a backrest because the seat of the chair is too deep for my upper legs. Otherwise, it's fun to spin in, nice to rest arms finally, and seems pretty well made for the money

Good product

I tryed many products in physical store before buying it on internet. I chose this one because of the cost-benefit. It is confortable, ergonomic, offer a good lombar support and its prices is affordable. I totally recommend this chair

A Mixed Review

The chair is excellent; it serves my needs well. It is Staples that needs to improve its service. Couldn't find a Staples employee to assist me when I was in the Kamloops store. Had to go online to order. Picked up chair at the store. In store service is almost non existent. You need to hire more staff.

That is a great chair

We already have purchased two chairs of the same model; they are simple to put together, very comfortable and light weight. My daughter loves her chair, my wife loves her chair, and I love mine. Good price too! That is, to my opinion, the best chair for that amount of money.

Armrest are garbage

Bought in Dec 2020 and just over a year later the arm rest material started to split. I weigh 150lb and use it for work everyday. It was out of stock so I could not replace it. Just called the vendor and was told it was still out of stock, even if I wanted to buy it. Not worth the price tag, better could be found elsewhere and for cheaper.

Four Stars

Very comfortable, to date. I've only had it about a week, but so far so good. Nice lumbar support. The seat is wide and comfortable. The armrests are comfortable. Nice breathable back with the meshing. Castors seem a bit lower quality than I would expect from such a chair, but overall, quite pleased.

Comfortable but early arm rest failure

I bought this chair on December 4, 2021, the foam arm rest split in August of 2022. Unfortunately I didn't report the issue until December 16 when I located the receipt. I was advised that it was out of warranty, I could buy a replacement but that it was currently out of stock. Disappointing!

Pretty Good for 6 Years

When I first got this chair it was awesome. The seat is super comfy, could sit in it all day (comfier than the $350 Hyken), and the lumbar support isnt aggressive. The arm rests are useless, for me anyways. It's been 6 years and it is now giving up on me - seat and back hurts, arm rests are breaking. Another thing to note is the chair doesn't go that high, which may be an issue for tall desks. I'm also 130 pounds, heavier folks may experience differently.

Great chair for comfort and support

Great chair and support for back. Assembly for the back portion was not perfectly aligned with the base. Manufacturer should make it easier so the chair aligns perfect. Otherwise this is a great chair for comfort and posture.

White flag!

This is the 2nd chair of this model that I've ordered. I sent the first one back because of poor quality control. It made a loud, annoying cracking sound whenever I moved back and forth or side to side. Its replacement doesn't make a cracking sound, but the seat still wobbles around loose in the gas piston and seat frame assembly. This one's going back too. Too bad, it's not a bad chair..... but the quality control is appalling.

Poor quality materials in arm rests

Unfortunately I'm only days past the 1 year limited warranty but both chairs I've purchased for myself and my son have the same problem. The arm rests have split and fallen apart. Also the left arm rest mechanism of my chair has failed and will not stay in a raised position. I'm very disappointed since I was originally pleased with the chairs.

Excellent bang for the buck

Bought two of these for my home office. Very easy to assemble and the gas spring mechanism hasn't self-lowered after several weeks (my weight is 73 kg), whereas many cheaper brands will gradually self-lower due to low-quality gas springs. The seat cushion is ergonomic and comfortable and I don't mind sitting in it for 10+ hours a day.

Invest in a high-quality chair. This one won't last long sadly. Back is cool but the seat is bad.

If you would like me and you sit at your computer or desk for more than two or three four hours, invest in a high quality chair like a Herman Miller. This chair is good for like a little bit and it's still brand new imagine it in a year. The back mesh is really nice it cools your back and it doesn't hurt like the other backs do. I just bought this chair to get me through till I can afford a Herman Miller.

Great at first, garbage after 6 months! Beware of low price!

I bought this chair about one year ago and although I knew this chair wouldn't last forever, I didn't expect it would start falling apart after 6 months of usage.

This is THE ONE. Perfect fit, definitely recommend

This is the one for me. I tried it in store and it felt like heaven when I sat down. It felt like this was the perfect chair, and then I tried all the other ones around and concluded that this was the best one. Immediately got another two for family members at a great deal too! 100% would recommend.
