Easy and Modern
Beautiful light, great price and was easy to install. My only criticism is that the diagram on the instruction manual was printed in such a faint grey ink that I had trouble seeing it in daylight with my near perfect vision.

Truly terrible customer service
I ordered 3 different fixtures in the Ariana line, so I could redo a suite in my house with matching fixtures. All were shown as in stock when I purchased them, I was charged for all of the fixtures, but only two types shipped. The last type was shown with an estimated ship date of 9/19. That date came and went with no update from Mitzi. After about ten days, I emailed Mitzi and got no response. A week later, I emailed again, and got no response. Meanwhile, I had taken down the old fixtures in preparation for receiving the new ones that I thought were going to ship on 9/19. And I had already been charged for the backordered fixtures.
