These look amazing! They are fairly easy to install if you have basic ability using hand tools. I wish the instructions more clearly showed the specific way to arrange the logs, but it wasn't too hard to match the picture on the box.

Fantastic purchase

This is such a great value. Comes with the pan, sandlike fill, glowing embers, rack, damper clamp, and logs. Easy to install, but logs aren't labelled for placing. The glowing embers look fantastic. Love this so far and would definitely recommend!

gorgeous and yet budget wise fireplace

i purchased unit to replace existing 30 yo gas pipe like fireplace that I have. It was easy to follow instructions to install it on existing infrastructure. it came with adapter fitting and flexible pipe.i definitely suggest that product

Very easy to install and that's even changing the gas feed line to the left side vs the original right side when received. Great ceramic real look and the heavy duty craddle.

Easy to install and it looks good

Decided to upgrade our fireplace to a gas log system. We were already plumbed for gas so I just had to hook it up and follow the setup instructions. I would have rated it higher but it’s pretty basic.
