The fireplace logs arrived broken and had to be returned!

Overall, this is a great kit! One of the longer logs did arrive broken, but Home Depot gave me a generous refund for the inconvenience. I will be able to use that to repair the log. Good value for the price and comes with the tubing, the tray and rocks and iron wool!

We ooened tge box and tge latge log was broken. It was seen after plumber installed the set. HD would not replace it without me buying another set.

The gas log set was easy to install. Looks like real wood burning. This produces a good amount of heat

Great unit!

We bought this as a Christmas gift for our parents who had a wood-burning masonry fireplace with a gas starter. Sure enough, it only took the plumber under an hour to install and our folks are super happy with it. I actually bought another bag of lava rock and some of the little wool stuff for the burning embers to dress it up but otherwise they are super pleased with this unit.

The logs make a lovely wood-like fire. Some reviewers have complained about the lack of numbering on the logs for properly setting up. Made me so nervous. Unnecessary! I went online and found a copy of the manual. I enlarged the logs image and simply set the logs in place according to the image. The topmost logs may not have been exactly as in the illustration but it just doesn’t matter. Stack them up and they look great and add wonderful atmosphere to our living room. Price was excellent, too, compared to many other log sets.

The gas fireplace log set looks great in the fireplace with and without flames. The parts included made it easy to connect to the existing gas pipe in the back of the fireplace. Price is right too compared to some other more expensive log sets.
