We ordered 2 of chairs. The price out beat all other vendors. We did have to have one returned due to rip in bottom of chair. Customer service was fantastic and took care of everything. Customer service agent was going to reorder when I first called but it didn't go through. I have just reordered only issue is the price went up $20. Perfect chairs for my family room!

MISSING PIECES

I was upgrading & I had a lot of things I needed to put together, so I didn't open the box right away. When I opened the box, I found out the sides of the chair were missing. I can't return it. I have no car, & I don't have enough $ to have it returned by delivery SVC; it would cost about the same price as what I paid for it. So I'm stuck with a cushion, basically

This chair is held together by plastic. After assembling the chair, the arms were not secure. Not safe for my child to sit in. Very uncomfortable and not much space for your bottom on the chair. Will be returning.

I never take the time to leave reviews, but I am so happy with this chair. It is exactly what I needed! Great price and shipped fast right to my door. Pretty easy to assemble. I absolutely love it and definitely recommend.

Great accent chair for the price

Chair came on time and was very easy to put together. Fabric is nice and I look forward to sitting in it to read.

missing pieces

not only do I have yo assemble the chair myself (no big deal) but the box is missing two main pieces. Both sides of this chair were not in the box. Also incredibly smaller than i expected.

The product pieces are not made to exact specifications. The back piece was a quarter inch too short in terms of width and would not line up to correctly interlock with the arms, making the assembly physically impossible. I would not recommend this product to my worst enemy. If I had only read all of the reviews I would have read about this quality control issue.

This chair has the perfect firmness. It fits my already furnished and small living room. Balancing the sides in order to screw in the hardware during assembly was a bit annoying to do alone, but if I can do it, anyone can. I also appreciate the fair pricetag.

This is a decent chair. Quality of fabrics seems good. Like the nice deep charcoal color. It’s wide enough for two small people to sit together or one large person. It’s comfortable but not over the top comfy. Good for an accent chair.

Great chair but collects pet hair!

I was hesitant to buy a chair sight unseen but was pleasantly surprised when this arrived. It was overall easy to put together but you will need some patience when putting the back on as it doesn’t just slide on. Warning for pet owners, I cannot get dog hair out of the fabric for the life of me! I even asked a professional upholstery cleaner and he said the fabric is really tough to keep hairless. I’d buy the chair again though as it’s a great piece of furniture.

Great quality product!

Really nice large size chair, great build quality. The arm rest our located inside the seat/bench for shipping and storage. And it make take some patience to slide the back rest into the brackets.

comfy but back cushion slouches

after having this chair for a few years, it's still pretty comfortable. It would be better if it were alittle firmer. the main issue is that the back cushion slouches. even right out of the box. so it looks messy. like the back cushion is old and slouchy.
