The thickness of the material is very thin. It feels like a cover that might last 2 or 3 years (if I’m lucky) before it starts allowing water from the pool to seep through. I’m guessing I’ll be trying to do a warranty claim in the next few years.

We will have to see how long it holds up. So far the best I can hope for is two years.

Doesn't Float On Water

I guess this is it. Hard to find a match here on the website. 4 pp. of warnings didn't have Style No.: 3518-4, the number on the box it came in. The website responded to Style No.: 3518-4 with fans and rugs. This is Model No.: 3518-4. So I guess..... Be nice to know for sure.

Touch of color rather than regular blue.

First time I've purchased a mesh winter cover and really like the idea of not having to pump water off the top! Comes with new retaining wire and ratchet but no shrink wrap sealing.

This cover developed a hole during the first winter of use. No weights were used on the edges and a pump was used to keep water off it. Very disappointing.

Good Cover

The product is good, price is also good, shipping was fast!! This is my second one and the first was awesome also!! It drains all the water and debris stay on top!! But I run my filter all year and when I pull my cover off crystal clear just had to do a serious vacuum the first time but other than that great product!!

This cover is ok it isn't as high quality or thick as the one it replaced but it costed a lot less so I can't complain. this is the second year and from the look of it, it will be the last year for it fingers cross it makes it until spring. The old one lasted several years but as I stated I paid more for that one I got this because at the time funds were a bit tight so it did the job as far as I am concerned. This one will get trashed when we open the pool next year and I'll be buying a better one performance wise I rate it as good just not made to last.

I, like many others have gone through many pool covers throughout the years. I have a large pool so the coverage is big and needs something durable. This cover has done the trick so far. It has a rachet/cord system that works as good as needed--nothing fancy. We live in a semi rural area with lots of trees and wind to bring challenges. So far, this cover has passed the test.

We just put the cover on a few weeks ago so can't say much about "winter" use, but I can tell you with the rain we have had it has held up nicely to date. I have to say I "love" the color. We have always had black covers and they are so depressing. This cover gives a bit more of an illusion of water. The price was great and can not say enough about the time element in shipping. iIt came 5 days earlier than anticipated. I would rate higher if I had it longer and could tell about the winter months...but again...the amount of rain (we are in NC) we have had we couldn't be happier with it.
