Easy to put together. And rolls very nicely to move.

I love the concept, lots of places to lay clothes for drying, however some pieces did not fit the way that it should of so I had to come up with alternatives. Additionally the instructions were not very helpful and I had to put pieces together an take apart to figure it out. Finally, the rack itself is very flimsy and tips over if you don't even out the items you place on it. Fingers crossed that it serves its purposes for as long as it can.

Do not buy, waste of money.

Absolutely abysmal product. I put it together and it immediately started tilting. This rack was not sturdy at all. It wasn't a question of the weight it could bear but structural integrity. It kept listing no matter how much I tried to secure the joints or push in the rods to the sockets. Finally, it gave out and is just a lost cause after less than a month.

Just what this apartment dweller needs.

Good for big items like sheets

Bought one years ago, loved it. Bought a new one. Worst thing ever. Doesn't hold enough clothes. Tips over. Have to keep rewashing laundry because it ends up on the floor. Bars bend even if I put my 8 year old's tee shirt on it.

I have no idea why anyone would buy or sell this garbage. Instructions are terrible and incomplete, the rack is extremely flimsy and weak.

I just got mine delivered and put it together. There isn't much to the directions, so I would suggest using an image from the website to help you if you need more visuals, but it's still pretty straightforward. I wanted this one because it has multiple layers for larger items and the ability to hang hangers. However, the top bar that stabilizes it is too large and the top rack will not stay on/together properly as a result. The attachments are also made from pretty cheap plastic, so I don't think hanging wet heavy items will work without something snapping. I had high hopes, but I'm definitely disappointed in the quality of this product.

No instructions were included with this, and it doesn’t look very sturdy at all. Requesting a full refund for this mess..

I like that it is stainless. When the shipment arrived, the white peg basket was broken. I asked for a replacement, no one responded. The rack itself fell apart in two weeks. I've not been able to use it since them. Each of its line got detached and all efforts to put them in place failed.

good quality doesnt rust only thing is it easily collapse if u dont know how to adjust it right.

We are using the product AS IS, since two pieces of the product could not be added. Those two pieces were impossible to put on when we assembled it. The other 50 pieces went together. The missing pieces are the two hanging arms. Sure miss those.
