Leaking hoses

I purchased 2, 100 foot hoses approximately 4 years ago. I was very happy at first, then they both started to leak. I had no problem getting a replacements for both after sending proof of purchase and picture of hoses leaking. Now 1 of the replacement hoses is also leaking. I inquired about getting it replaced and now they want me to return hose which I did not have to do with the first 2 to get replacement. The cost will be approximately $50 dollars and not refunded. Garbage.

Great product. Very sturdy. took out of the box and hooked it up. Was all tangled up but as I pulled on it it just untangled itself.

Huge difference vs green hose

I had the standard green water hose you buy at the hardware store and it drove me nuts with how much it kinked and popped leaks. I got fed up and bought this hose in hopes it would be a slight improvement. I didn't expect it to be so light, easy to maneuver and coil back up onto the reel. The water pressure is great and feels like it will last a long time. Highly recommend it if you are sick of moving around your garden and having the hose kink up on you. This solved my problems the first day I used it.
