Love the easy way to make tortillas
Tortilla press
Recieved tortilla press, missing a handle. And it appears used. I contacted Walmart but was told to get ahold of the seller. I tried calling and it is a number from china and the call will not go through 😵💫— definitely would like a replacement or a refund. Will not be ordering from them again. And will check carefully for in store time only so I’m not dealing with over seas— customer service as clearly there is no service to responsibly handle issues when they arise.
tortilla press is poorly designed
the screw that holds the handel together is poorly designed! after you loop the long screw thru the handel to holdnin place there is nothing at the rnd to keep it from falling out when you press the masa...it wobbles! i thinkni will just return it.
Very nice
This came in perfect condition and love it ! It’s heavy but works very well . I cut a baggie and made 2 circles the size of each plate to protect the surface of the cast iron . Very happy with it .
Missing %26 Damaged Bolt
I have to say I just received it in a damaged box within a well packed box with my other order so no biggie as long as its not damaged? well missing a handle bolt to compress down the other bolt is bent so the top plate will slide around if you compress down! Maybe this is not a big deal to most but to me it is! Now I need to buy 2 stainless steel bolts%26nuts...Wouldn't it be nice if there was some accountability for other's money?
