Not as study as my other pet pen and the tray is a bit smaller that the pen.

It's open on the top so it doesn't seem like a enclosed kennel ,but the bottom is to short length wise

My senior dog needed a safe place to live out her remaining days when we can’t supervise her. She is way more calm than in her previous bigger enclosure. It’s also easier to keep her warm. It’s really easy to build and take apart which makes it way easy to clean. I don’t like that the door is in the middle of a big section but we don’t use the door anyway.

I have an older pen,and wanted anotherlike it. This pen was exactly what I wanted and expected.Easy to set up and easy to clean.Its just the right size for my Shih Tzu!

Customer service is horrible

Only thing I can say that's negative is that the pan that fits on the bottom needs to be bigger. It shifts around due to be smaller than the are it's made for. It can be dangerous for a smaller puppy. They can get their little paws stuck in between the space and the walls of the crate.

Just delivered. So easy to assemble and the size is great too. I like that the door swings inside and outside. Happy it came with a tray to protect the hardwood floors. Can’t wait to welcome our puppy home!

I love this product. It works great with my new puppy. The only thing I would change is the bottom pan is a little bit smaller than the crate itself besides that it’s perfect.
