Durable. Stands up well! I don¡¯t overload it. Use it in my laundry room to hang items fresh out of dryer before putting them away. So the load it holds varies and heavy loads aren¡¯t there for long. But I¡¯m sure it could stand heavier use. It has metal casters - not plastic. A selling point for me.

I¡¯m the Queen of crappy clothing racks, so I¡¯m qualified to tell you this rack is the best rack ever. EVER !!! I¡¯ve now purchased 3 of them, and all 3 are loaded above the max weight with no issues... yet. I¡¯ve also wheeled them from one room to the other with no problems, with the exception of man power. I¡¯ve also overloaded the extensions and they seem study and able. Amazing rack !!
