Cooks great! Hard to Get Parts

Had a horizontal smoker that meat would never get really tender. I get fall off the bone ribs and pork butt that is so tender it falls apart as I'm taking it out of the smoker. The only bad thing I have to say is that the charcoal grate is thin and after a year it is totally destroyed from having the charcoal heat the metal. Have tried ordering replacement, but waited 2.5 months on backorder, was issued a refund with promise of part still coming, has not arrived. Can't effectively use smoker without the grate.

Inside Coating Cracks and Peels

I only used this smoker twice. The first cook off and then a single attempt at smoking meat. I didn't see any issues after the initial cook off. Days later I tried smoking meat. After only 2 hours at 175°, I noticed a yellow-like plume coming from the smoker. Upon opening the door, I noticed a majority of interior coating was cracked and peeling, exposing the stainless steel beneath. This is NOT creosote or soot. Unfortunately, it was a waste of almost $200 of meat.

DO NOT BUY!!!!!

This is a piece of crap. Will not maintain temp, leaks from seams, poor quality metal. Please dont waste your money.

Smoke House on wheels. Its great for smoking chicken and ribs. Also great making sausage with hooks to hang from the top so they smoke evenly. But smoke burgers are to die for off from it.

The smoker was just what I was looking for and easy to install. Still getting used to keeping my smoke temps where I want them but other wise its a great smoker for my needs.

My husband had this for a few years and it works great! He loves to grill off of this and the food taste excellent because of this great tool! It was a house warming gift from a family friend. I do recommend you get this for your household too!

Good offset smoker

Works great, you can fit about two racks of st. Louis cut ribs on each rack, or a packer brisket. There's some smoke leak on the doors but very minimal and can be fixed with gasket tape. Wheels are smooth and sturdy. Overall great smoker, thin metal but the heat loss is minimal.

So far very pleased but need to know where to get 2 more door latches. When I originally ordered this through overstock it arrived a bit damaged. Overstock sent a new one and now I want to get the damages one up and running. But I need the 2 door latches

Smokes well, be prepared to supliment parts.

Nice smoker !

Thought we were upgrading but this smoker is awful. Wont heat up, smoke pours out of every seam even after buying and installing heat tape around door(know issue for this product) Hoping Walmart takes the return if I load and wheel this huge piece of junk back to the store.

Nice smoker for the price

Easy installation, 30 minutes. Be sure to spray it with pam spray or oil it up and then get a good fire started. That's the most important it breaks it in and also helps prevent paint from peeling. I smoked 2 racks of ribs came out really good. It maintained 225 degrees for 4 hrs more or less you just have to help by maintaining the fire box. The firebox sits really low but the cooking racks can be adjusted. Over all nice smoker for the price.

Give it a try

Its an ok smoker. Doesn't maintain a steady temperature for more than an hour so you need to have a separate pit going to feed the fire. If you can manage that you will get some good bbq. Smoked some pork ribs and a pork butt on it, the flavor and tenderness were outstanding. I gave it four stars because I have an old smoker that will hold its temp for a good 3.5 hours so its less work and more time for beer.

Awesome smoker

Cant do a whole brisket without folding over the thin end. Needs to be 6 inches in diameter bigger to hole a whole one. The meat touches the wall on both th sides of the smoker. First brisket came out perfectly and was very good with the Memphis seasoning style! Cant wait to do my favorite, smoke salmon

Was looking for a horizontal smoker but none were available, so I saw this one on Amazon. I was familiar with Dyna-glo, I have a kerosene heater that works well, so thought I would give it a try.

this product is unuasable unless you choose to grill on your knees. It has damaged and missing parts. I havent decided to return it yet, waiting to hear from the OEM

Can't wait to use the smoker. Have been gathering some recipes to try once the smoker is assembled. Conveniently to store and move with the wheels.

i love it but my thermometer gave out right out the box was sad about that. lost smoke out the top of the door and a lot out the back other then that love it so much. handles are great. love how easy to move around.

A professional smoker at a personal price

I bought the Dyna-Glo smoker to replace my old horizontal smoker. The delivery was amazing! I had it in my driveway 3 days after I ordered it! Easy to assemble, even though it said 30 minutes to assemble it, it took over 90 minutes and I am VERY mechanically inclined...lol...but no problems. I also ordered the high temp gasket and RTV silicone for smokers, took the time to seal the doors and all the joints, the smoke stays inside very good now. My first smoke was a brisket, Turkey thighs and legs, and sausage. The outcome was excellent! This smoker is built from a heavy duty metal and everything fit together perfectly.

[Rewarded Review] The Dynamic-Glo Sigature Series

My pit is two years old and I love it. It’s a copy of one I had in the 1970’s and I loved it now with the Signature Series I have one in my backyard and loving it. You can barbecue a 10 Lb. brisket,sausage and ribs all at same time. And the only thing I would like to see is raised up about 12” from the ground but that’s all. And believe me every body loves my barbecue.
