The cover met the advertised specifications. It was adequately sized, installed easily with two people, instructions were understandable, the securing method with a cable and ratchet seems to work.

The cover is excellent. It covered more than I expected so I am very pleased with this product.

The cover had more tie down positions than expected. Great for our pool as winter winds can disturb and rip cover.

Failed on the 3rd winter

Worked well for two winters in Michigan. This past winter it degraded enough to where there are several small holes where the water is leaking through the cover.

Degrades in heat

I purchased one to cover my pool in Arizona. It essentially frayed within 6 months of purchase with minimal usage (took if off and put it on 3 times) and millions of microplastics contaminated my pool that will likely take months to be removed, if ever. When I contacted customer service about the warranty I was told that I did not use it as intended because I used it in the summer and it is only to be used in the Winter. In Arizona it is 100 degrees in September, with an average high of 102, so essentially what the manufacturer is saying is that you can use the cover November to February only if you want a warranty. I would not buy this product in Arizona. I would be cautious about the manufacturer's warranty claims.

Apparently a great deal!

This cover appears to be of good quality. It arrived in a sealed bag in a box. Since, I don't have any use for the cover until fall, I didn't bother to take it our of the bag. If it is what it appears to be, it will be just what I need.

Cover useless within a week

The cover melted after the first warm(ish) day of 70 degrees after putting the cover on. No information on how to file a claim under warranty. Would be better to go buy a cheap tarp and strap it on instead.

The cover (tarp) was WAY too big, and the clasp with the metal rope to keep it on already broke and I only had it for three days and only took it off the Pool once, I ordered a new one already! Not happy!

It actually fits right !

This is one of the very few covers that are made for a 24' pool that actually fit it. Being able to cover 28' allows the cover to tie around the pool correctly. I love it !

Goes on easy. Plenty of overlap. Strong wire holddown. Did not like the wire winder. Cheep and did not work well at all

Sustantial plastic should last a long time. The model we got took 2 people to handle. I like it very much.

In the instructions there was something called ice equalizer pillow to put in the pool middle before you put the cover on its not in the box
