Excellent, awesome air conditioner support, I have never seen my husband have such an easy air conditioner installation before. Easy to put together and he loved that it had leveling. Awesome device!

Not worth the cost
I spent a little more for this bracket than the standard screw in model to reduce damage to our window sills. For almost $100 I expected a quality product. What I got was a bracket that had peeling powder coating which would allow it to rust quickly, missing 6 nuts out of the sealed hardware pack, and brackets that were welded on backwards making adjustment useless. To top it off, their own instructions say you need a 7/16" wrench or socket, and the nuts were 10mm. A lot of what you expect from a product not made in America. If it was a $35 item, I would have possibly overlooked some of these deficiencies, painted the metal myself, and acquired additional nuts needed. But for the cost, it was returned. Buyer beware.
Would definitely buy again
Not the easiest to put together, and I consider myself quite handy, but a really great product. It allows me to not have to screw in my AC unit or this bracket into my windows, which allows for easy removal in the winter. It's really sturdy and I'm super happy with it.
Bad and complicated
Very bad product. The nuts barely fit the 2 main screws and they are not compatible. Also, the assembly is very complicated and the manual is useless and makes the assembly worse.
DO NOT BUY WORTHLESS
the "no drill" means no support worthless! just lost my new AC out the window
