Heavy and non stick.

Great for bread that you want a crispy side and bottom. They get hot! I always use them on top of a cookie sheet, because there are no handles. Makes taking it out of the oven easier.

Does Its Job but Has Hidden Flaw

It's a decent budget baking pan for making bread/loaves, but the edges curl under and trap water so it rusts easily. Additionally, if you put this in a dishwasher, that part also doesn't dry out even on high heat. Highly suggest either hand washing this every time or just get a better pan.

Most beautiful loaves!

These pans are nice and sturdy - no give or flex whatsoever. I usually just use the cheapest dollar store pans I can find, but never again! My bread literally fell out of the pan when I turned it over - no coaxing required. Made my loaves beautiful since there were no marks from me running a knife along the edge of the pan to release the loaf. I will definitely be trying another Wilton brand bakeware when I need another pan. *Ignore the gash in the loaf on the right; it had nothing to do with the pan. I made a boo boo when rolling it.*
