Understanding how the limit sensors work is absolutely key and very poorly explained in the manual. Also, I found that the chain is best mounted with a fair amount of slack in it, otherwise it will bind in the chain box and cause the clutch to slip. After removing a few links and adjusting the threaded tensioners it operated flawlessly with about 6" of deflection at the center of the 20 foot chain span. With the sensors and chain adjusted correctly there were no other internal adjustments needed

Highly Functional

This gate opener kit is incredibly functional. The motor and drive system, immersed in lubricating oil, run smoothly and quietly.

It's good for the price. Just know the magnetic sensors have to be exact in order for the motor to shut off. If the sensor was bigger then it would have made it easier for the final portions of install. Other than that it's an easy install.

I’ve it for a month. Installation was easy but very poor documentation on sensor wire connection. Took me couple of days to search through internet to get it properly installed and working.

Easy to install opener, Works well.

Used it to replace an existing opener that quit working. It was a very easy installation and works perfectly well. I only wish it had an internal screw for the stops rather than the magnets, however it works quite well.

It was easy to install it. I have about 5 remotes for it and all of them works perfect. When I was install it I have few questions and tech support line easily answered me.
