This thing is tremendous. I have a few "pro" whisks from chef supply stores and they stink-- flimsy, take forever to whip anything. This one is amazing-- perfectly weighted handle, makes quick work of egg whites and cream. Clearly, some thought went into this design. I couldn't ask for more. I love it so much, I'll be going back to the store to see if CK has any other tools that strike my fancy.
