These were exactly what we needed to hang a baby swing. Easy to install and feels very safe. My husband checked the hold with his own weight before we hung the swing and put our baby in it, and they did not budge from where they were screwed in. Excellent quality.

These hangers provides a more secure anchor for our kids. We find that they do show some rusting over a few years, which is why we are taking no chances and replacing them. I still recommend it.

Had an older wood swing set in the backyard with one swing and a horsey glider-type thing. My grandsons have outgrown the glider so I wanted to add a second swing. These hangers matched what was there perfectly. Easy enough to install. Happy to have found them at Home Depot.

I used several of these and when I tried to install one of them I accidentally ripped the metal in half. I am a relatively unskilled DIY'er with very little upper body strength. It was a very unpleasant experience trying to pull half a bolt embedded into my porch awning. Poorly designed and structurally weak.

These are definitely heavy duty. I have complete confidence it will hold up to my kiddos swinging

Update.....a month in and no longer silent

Update to my previous review... these were silent for about a month. Now these hooks make noise. I do not recommend these for indoor use if you're looking for a silent hook. I can hear when the kids are swinging in the basement now (and my bedroom is right above them). Fine for outdoor as it's not a loud squeak, but a low vibration noise of the nylon bushing wearing down.

Bought these a month ago for the swings in our basement. I can't hear when the kids are swinging. Previously we had some very expensive hooks that were so loud we had to return them. I was doubtful these were that good by the price. But they are exactly what we needed.
