Terrible customer service. Their service representatives won’t even call you back and will just email. Much better service and prices with competitors. They tell you what you want to hear to secure the sale. Save yourself the dissatisfaction and purchase elsewhere.

Beautiful, Antique Bedroom Set

Bedroom set is truly beautiful, and BIG! Make sure you have enough room. The wood's finish is purposely distressed and antique white color; the cabinet pulls are a darker pewter grey (not black). Coleman's customer service was superb throughout the process, and the delivery service was quick and efficient. Would highly recommend this set.

Beautiful American Woodcrafters bedroom set. Great workmanship. Bed has adjustable feet to go under the slats. This will extend the life of the bed rails, by distributing the weight more evenly.

I love my new poster bed it is a very nice quality, sturdy bed that looks like it is made for a Queen which I am ☺. I didn't know the bed was intentionally made to look like it's been handed down through generations of family members, it has tiny little holes on certain parts of the bed and it has missing paint on certain parts as well where you can see the wood that is not covered by paint, other than that I am totally 100% satisfied with my purchase. I didn't like the fact that none of the delivery people wore a mask when my furniture was delivered.

This set is beautiful and quite substantial, larger than we had thought. The high quality craftsmanship is apparent in the details. The top drawers are lined in velvet and the corners are beveled. We bought this set online during the pandemic and we definitely needed the white glove delivery. They brought this very heavy set upstairs and set it up perfectly. Very happy with this beautiful set and furniture company.
