Does just what I hoped: lets me know if at least an inch of rain has fallen in the past week, and also is attractive in the garden. Easy to use, easy to check, easy to clean when necessary. The tube is glass. Well packed in recyclable materials. Would buy again.

This is THE best Rain Gauge we've ever bought, the plastic rain catcher stays SO nice and clear and the stake stays so nice and firm in the ground

Beautiful garden sculpture. Materials and craftsmanship are superb. But don't expect to be able to tell how much rain you got by looking out the window unless it it is placed very close to the house. The lovely transparent design makes it hard to read from a distance. So we use this one to delight the eye and the practical one next to it to determine if the vegetable garden is in danger of flooding.

Does the job. Easy to assemble and place in the lawn.

Nice metal holder, pretty much a ground level unit, makes a good addition for your flower bed or garden area.

This is a modern looking rain gauge. It also has some spring to it so it gives and spring back as you or a pet passes by it rather than leaning over out of position to catch rain. Large easy to clean glass cylinder.

An attractive rain gauge, but modest enough to blend well in the gardenscape. Pleased with its appearance and functionality. Would recommend if in need of a rain gauge.
