We love the mirror however one of them came broken. It has been 5 days and nobody has resolved the issue. They use Wayfair as a manufacturer. If I knew that I would not have ordered it as I have had bad luck with Wayfair. The quality of the mirror is excellent! The customer service has been terrible!

This mirror arrived damaged FOUR times. Packaging was great, not compromised at all. Poor quality coming out of the factory. Zero quality control. Love the look of this mirror but I’m seriously frustrated with the quality.

I bought three of these mirrors. They are beautiful and they all arrived in perfect condition.

Very simple and elegant at the same time.

Although one of the two I ordered arrived shattered, Wayfair quickly replaced it so now I have two nice-looking mirrors for our reno'ed bathroom.
