The Hera bed is super comfortable. Was easy to assemble and arrived quickly! I also went with their Art painting and the accent chaise that match the bed!

Love love love Zuri Furniture! found them on google. I was looking for some modern furniture and came across Zuri. I can't say enough about this company from, the customer service to making sure that my furniture arrived OK and everything was set up perfectly! To actually holding my furniture for a bit longer because my move was delayed! This company has gone above and beyond and I will continue to buy more from them. The furniture is definitely of great quality if you have an opportunity you should definitely do your shopping from Zuri Furniture!!!

Got exactly how it looked

I was not sure if I wanted to buy online but the white leather bed that I saw in Zuri site was very appealing , so I went ahead and bought it. After it arrived I was very happy with the quality of the leather and I got what I saw in the pictures. I'm very happy with Zuri, the assembling was easy too. I am wiling to buy other products as well.

Quality Modern Bedframe

I purchased a king size of this bedframe on 12/30/20, shipped to Missouri. The frame arrived in perfect condition and now, it's almost 2 years later still in pristine condition (which is honestly very surprising because I purchased this for 3 of my dogs to be able to use the edge to jump onto the bed and expected damage from their nails; although, my dogs are all under 20 lbs). I remember it did arrive with a missing part for the slats, but Zuri was super easy to work with and they took care of shipping the replacement part in a quick and convenient manner. Because of our great experience with Zuri, I actually went on to order a 2nd ( coffee table) and 3rd (sofas) time.

Bad Customer Service

I purchased more than 5000 value products in the ZURI furniture store. and I had a very bad experience in returning the damaged product. They sent me a damaged product and it looks like an old one. During delivery time, the shipping boxes were damaged and now they asked for a return fee. I asked them to take the damaged product and return the new one but the customer service people told me they do not do it.

Awesome Bed

Upon purchasing this bed I was not 100% all in prior to it coming. Once I received it it looks so beautiful and luxurious and fits so well in my bedroom like it belong there the only regret I have that I did not get a king size instead of a queen size which I got. I even thought about getting another bed and just putting them together but I know that wouldn't look right so I'll have to figure something out I love it so much. I can't wait to send a picture.

Omg , I love that bed soooo much , it is very stylish and the head can stand so u can sit and rest your back or u can put it down and looks very stylish , great quality.

Never ever Zuri!

I ordered a king bed on 31August 2021. Based on Zuri website it supposed to be delivered within 1-2 weeks. Still after 6 weeks , I struggle to get my order delivered and it just simply does not work.
