The sofa got dirty at first use. I reached out about cleaning process. I still haven't gotten a response.

These are wonderful. We got them in black and have them in a busy parent engagement center. Very high quality, easy to clean and comfortable. Very low backs, but perfect for our decor. Only modification we made with all pieces -we added glider feet on them so they can be easily moved. These are designed to be quickly modified for different shapes, but they will not move on carpeting. Adding the stick on gliders fixed that problem.

I absolutely love this for my "waiting room" though everyone complains about how uncomfortable the seating is. It is firm, but that is exactly what I was looking for.
