I posted a question about the chair material, if it was hard plastic or a hard foam. They are hard, cut into the back of your legs, and more suited to middle school students for size. Wayfair we’re great, and paid for the return shipping since I had specifically enquired about the seat material.

I'm a short with short legs, so the chair is very good for.

Mixed feelings

Wasn’t as tall I thought it would be. Didn’t come with screws to put bottom rack on.

I have a large gentlemen for a client and the chair worked well. My only judgement is that they could make the seat a little wider, but over all it was good news for me.

Shower Chair !

This Hercules Series Chair looks to me like a Shower Chair that you see in a disable home or hospital the only different instead of Gray it is Black. This Chair is very small and to say it can transform into a classroom chair for children that is the only person who can see in it for long periods of time. Beware this is a Black Shower Chair with a Basket to hold your body cleaning supplies .

Breakroom Chair

Chair came fully assembles and seems very durable. However, its a little short and the seat is not comfortable.

Short

The chair is somewhat low to the ground and looks like a shower chair. It is fairly compact, so it fits our space requirements fairly well.

Does not hold up. Will not even support 300 lbs over several months.

I purchased this chair and before a year was up I had to get a replacement seat because it cracked up terribly. It was under warranty so the company shipped me another seat. Now again the replacement seat is ruined several months later. The person using the chair is around 300 lbs but this chair is supposed to support over 800 lbs. It does not. The plastic seat cracks in several places and the person using the chair tells me it is very uncomfortable. At least the makers were nice enough to send me a replacement seat but it doesn't hold up so it's useless to keep replacing the seat.

Great chair

Came assembled except the book rack, but didn't come with the alan wrench needed to put the book rack on. Its not structural, so no big deal, its a great little chair. Probably never gonna break.

Not what I expected.

The chairs, I bought 4, are of good quality but they are a lot shorter than I expected. For such a high weight capacity (880 lbs) I expected the backs of the chair to be taller. My package arrived to my home with several holes in the boxes. The inside box that housed the Book Baskets was torn up and missing the screws (16) necessary to attach the baskets to the chairs. When I called Staples to get my screws shipped out, they directed me to the Flash Furniture. They politely helped me and my 16 screws should be on the way. This was my first time ordering online with Staples and I must say I didn't like the service.
