Excellent quality product, good value, arrived fast

We just had hardwood floors put in our master bedroom, after living many years with carpet. The hardwood looks great, and we of course were in need of rugs. Rugs Direct's selection is fantastic, and it is fairly easy to whittle down your choices. Ordering was easy and our rug arrived just a few days after we placed our order. It was packaged appropriately—no damage. Once put in place the rug really popped. The colors are deeper and more vibrant than what appears on the on-line website. Bravo. After having the rug now for a couple of weeks we are very pleased with our purchase, and we will certainly be placing more orders.

Pleased enough with it

quick to arrive, unable to lay it down because the pad - although fully paid for - never arrived. Got lost at FedEx depot. After waiting for nearly 4 weeks - I purchased a pad elsewhere. Finally got to lay it and it looks very nice. As to quality - well you get what you pay for. It isn't as nice as the old worn our oriental was. Considering my age this one will do fine for a few years. Now, if I could just get the credit for the pad I paid for?

Elegant Wool Rug

The rug looks nicer in person than on the website in my opinion. The colors are deeper in color and I prefer the darker look. The quality is very good. I would definitely recommend this rug.

Sheds an extreme amount

This rug sheds so unbelievably much that it's actively making my house dirty. I've had and used it since January with no improvement in the shedding all that time. It's honestly disgusting. I've vacuumed and brushed it to try and get everything out of it but it's no use. Not going to spray a weird sealant or anything because I have curious pets. It's going in the trash because of how gross and embarrassing and time consuming to clean it is. Do not get this rug if you don't want to vacuum up 10,000 dust bunnies daily forever.

Elegant rug

Purchased 7x9. True to color as pictured on Target site. Good quality thick wool. The wool smell was strong for the first hour. (However, my cats loved the smell and couldn't get enough of it.) For the price, nicer than rugs costing twice as much. Very happy with the quality.

I bought this for a traditional home for the back porch entrance in a small size. It is on a hardwood floor (white oak, no stain). Looks great with the authentic handwoven Persian rugs in the room.

Beautiful

Beautiful rug. Have two of the SAFAVIEH Handmade Heritage rugs and both have been amazing! We bought a third of a different line that was not of the same quality as the Handmade Heritage. Go with this one. You won't regret it!

Wonderful quality with a thick wool pile. Would recommend.
