You have to pay for quality!

This will be the last time I purchase from Sauder. I had the same experience twice. Freight had to be send back. Waiting to be compensated. Parts on back order for months. Redelivery dates promises ….blah blah blah ! Not to mention damaged parts. What got me was the low price. 😀

[Rewarded Review] looks great

Our whole office is full of Sauder Heritage Hill furniture, and I'm back buying more for a new employee. Since this has all lasted the decade we've had it, and we're back buying more pieces, I thought I ought to write a review.

Bad

It has no drawers. It’s no like shows in the picture.

Very nice hutch.

I was disappointed that Saunders did not have a hutch that matched the Palladia collection. This Heritage Hill hutch was the closest match for my executive Palladia desk. Nice quality, but EXTREMELY HARD TO PUT TOGETHER!!!! Very time consuming and difficult.

I would buy this again.

Nice Computer Hutch

Make sure you follow the directions when you assemble it. And take your time. It shouldn't take one person more than 90 minutes to complete. It will take two people to lift. Its a very solid and nice hutch the fits perfectly with the Sauder Heritage Hill computer desk and bookshelves if you add them.

Adds a good addition to your desk. Good quality and pretty easy to assembly.

Installation was fairly simple. The change I would make is attaching the hutch to the computer credenza. It tells you to screw thru bottom of desk into the hutch which is only 1"" wide. Twice it blew out the side. This procedure should be eliminated. The braces were enough.

[Rewarded Review] I wouldn’t buy again

I purchased this product with the credenza desk. I only gave 3 star’s out of 5 star's because the hutch and desk were poorly packaged in the box. The parts are either scratched, nicked or chipped and every part was covered with dust when I opened both boxes and the cherry finish is to thin. Some of the cherry finish came off when I lightly cleaned off the dust. It would’ve been nice if Office Max had some employees who could’ve helped load these 100 plus pound boxes into my vehicle instead of an old female employee who could only hold the cart while I load the boxes myself. The size is the main reason I purchased these products.

Buying tru govets saved me over hundred dollars.

This was replacing an older sauder product that we’ve had for many years. Liked the way that one lasted so long decided to get a sauder product again and happy we did. Still using old one in another room.

Over all it’s a nice piece of furniture for the price. But the backing was cheap and flimsy.

Nice addition to the desk

This is a nice added feature to the desk that goes with it. Lots of room. Went together rather easily, everything lined up nicely. Directions were complete.

Don't Buy

Cheaply made, hard to put together. Prefab wood product comes apart and buckles where nails and screws are inserted. I had Sauder desk and hutch that was damaged by Hurricane Florence and bought this as a replacement. I did not believe the other bad reviews due to my past experience with Sauder products, boy was I ever wrong. Do Not Buy - the reviews are true.

[Rewarded Review] Just the storage and organization I needed.

I found this particular model on your website. It was what I needed to add storage and organize my home work-space.I am an ordained Episcopal Deacon and cover a 15 state sales territory in my secular work. I office out of my home. This hutch had some damage but your store manager and I negotiated a fair deal for all. I was able to minimize the damage with a stain marker from the hardware store and it looks great.

Has to be carefully assembled

Every piece has to be carefully attached and checked to see if it lines up with every other part. Lots of adjusting needed to get it right before tacking on the back. Not easy to fit to the credenza either.
