Great size medium roaster

I was looking for a stainless steel roaster to replace a nonstick roaster. Mainly to avoid cooking with potential cancer causing chemicals. This one stood out.

All Stainless

We were looking for a stainless roasting pan with a stainless rack, which is surprisingly difficult to find. Avoiding the nonstick stuff. We found this one and it had good reviews online. I wish it were made in the USA, but it feels of good quality, very stout. It’s a real beauty to behold as well, stunning in person. We’ve used it once so far and it worked like a charm. The rack held our bird nicely and carving it was a bit easier. I’m very glad we purchased this roasting pan from Hestan, which holds the very large birds we often buy, and I’m thankful for the sale price at Williams-Sonoma. All around very solid purchase.

A step up for this kitchen

Really enjoying my new Hestan bakeware- I rarely change cookware but this is a nice upgrade for baking, roasting and sheet pan dinners. I also bought a non stick pan that is the first one I’ve ever liked- it heats up well and cooks evenly.

The roasting pan with rack

The roasting pan with rack is beautiful. I have not used the pan yet so I can’t comment on that. It was packaged well and even the box is very nice.

AMAZING!!

My husband and I made our Thanksgiving and Christmas turkey in our new roasting pan. We found the roasting pan to be very solid and super easy to clean up. I will be able to pass this roasting pan down to my children. The roasting rack is equally made well as it doesn’t move around in the pan. Our turkey came out perfect both times. I also purchased this to make lasagna and to roast a pork shoulder.

Outstanding piece of kitchen equipment. So good that my sister-in-law borrowed it. She’s a much better cook than I am, so she made a roast pork shoulder, roasted for about seven hours, and it was magnificent. Great stuff.

Quality pan

Very sturdy pan; works on our GE induction range which is nice for a quick pan sauce; no staining or discoloration after a decent amount of use over a few months (including through the holidays)

Awesome all around with the exception of the weight….heavier than I anticipated but I guess that’s what quality buys you!

Love this pan - have wanted a nice roasting pan for years and when I saw this one on sale I grabbed it. So much room for cooking delicious meals for family and friends. Very happy with my purchase for sure !👍🏼 Highly recommend.

This oven ware is 100% top notch. Customer service made the delivery seamless and was very attentive. I own 10 Hestan products and would not go back to cheap kitchenware. Great job Hestan.

Outstanding look and performance.

The look, feel and performance of this stainless HESTAN Roasting pan is outstanding. Kudos to HESTAN for producing a stainless steel rack, too! I made a giant meat-loaded lasagna to feed the masses during the holidays - it weighed a ton. This roaster cooked it all to perfection with incredible ease of handling and cleanup. Exactly what I wanted. Need I say more?

Fits in AGA Ovens!

So far, so good! I own an AGA range and searched long and hard for a large, high quality roaster that would fit inside the unique sized ovens. This fits one or two homegrown chickens, or a medium to large sized homegrown turkey, plus many other dishes! A very versatile piece that I’m grateful to have in my kitchen.
