ABSOLUTE ZERO RATING FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE NONRESPONSIVE
Long story short it is virtually impossible to have anyone in the Hestan organization to respond to my (Hestan system documented) simple warranty claim. Purchased skillet 1/22/24 on order #SH32245-HCD. 2/19/24 email follow up with no reply. 2/21/24 submitted Eclaim #296285 & automatically confirmed by Hestan) with no reply to claim. 2/29/24 sent follow up email with no reply from Hestan. 3/4/24 sent emails to customer service rep Satima #67666 & #67668.
