I have assembled over a dozen pieces of furniture like this, and have never not been able to figure it out. The very first step to screw in allen screws does not work as the wood to screw it in has holes that are much bigger, seemingly meant for cams? But there are not pieces to use that make sense, and the support phone line is a joke. I was on hold for 45+ minutes after the first recording said someone will be with you in...5 minutes. At the end of the 45 minute wait I was told to leave my email address, and have had no response to that in over 2 weeks. I called home depot and they have no clue. What a joke. This unit is what I want, it's just not buildable, and there is no support to talk to someone about other options. Just return the 80 pound package to UPS, hey no problem!

Feels cheap, but looks nice. Easy to assemble. Serves its purpose

Beautiful, but extremely hard to assemble. I would suggest if ordering include the assembly price. I learned the hard way.

Very happy with this table. Looks very nice.

First the good. It is a lovely piece table exactly what we wanted and it would go together easily IF the pieces had no defects. The instructions are very easy to follow. The first drawer went together in less than 10 minutes. Perfect. The second drawer had issues with the bottom piece being slightly too big to slide into the grooves correctly hence it buckled. Hubby was able to sand off a bit and then put it together for the second time. Thought it was good but it still would not slide into the table properly, so back to the garage. Third time he got it to work but it is a wee bit sticky compared to the first one but we can use it. There was a slight bubble on the paint job on the top of the one we received but it is not really that noticable unless you look for it. It is put together now so we are keeping it. There are only two drawers and not four. They are a good size. Overall it is a nice unit, the expresso is a beautiful dark brown shade, its fairly sturdy and heavy but somewhat pricey for the actual quality of it.

Overall OK. The wood doesn't seem to be of the best quality, as several screws ended up stripping the threads when tightened. The word Mccoppin was no where to be found. Instead Wynden Hall, Simplihome, and Amherst-Halifax-Washington were on the packaging, so we're confused as to whether or not we got the right Console.

Exactly what I was hoping to get. Feels like it will hold up well and stay sturdy for a long time. Looks beautiful. Easy to assemble. Couldn't ask for more.

I love how this completes the look of my bedroom! 4 stars because its not as gray as the picture online shows, its a bit more brownish with gray undertones. Also, read the assembly directions carefully! My hubby put it together but said the instructions did not specify what side the backing goes on, he put it on the front and was very upset that he created small holes, that although cant be seen, are there nonetheless. Still a great piece that Im glad I purchased!

Overall pleased. One drawer had a bit of damage. Because it was hidden when assembled we kept it. We did not want to mess with returns or wait on the item since we were leaving town.

It was delivered in a timely manner and well packaged. I felt like for the price it was a great buy. It’s a great looking console and my husband has no problems putting it together. Definitely looks more expensive than it was. I would highly recommend.
