Very cheap looking for such an expensive chair. The leatherSoft material does not resemble leather. Don’t waste your money on this poorly crafted office chair.
Bought this in August 2022, delivered in September end. In April 2023 started getting issues, the hydraulic is not working. When moving my chair to higher level comes down right aways when someone sitting on it. Need someone to check or contact me asap, I will move or delete my comment but I need help to get this fixed first.
Very disappointed in my purchase of this chair. First the cost is Not Cheap at 800 +. The color was the biggest disappointment as it says burgundy but is really purple.
