Very comfortable chair. I would recommend to buy. Price was great, holds up well, craftsmanship is great. High back makes he chair really comfortable.

Chair arrived on time and in good condition. Chair assembled just about as easy as any other office chair I've ever assembled. Chair was decently comfortable to sit in, however the gas shock that adjusts the height stopped working after only a few months. Probably would not order it again.

Wobbly and uncomfortable

This chair is not worth the money. I needed a new office chair and thought this would be great but it wobbles on the base, is cheaply made and being returned first thing tomorrow. Don't waste your time or money on this one.

Garbage

This chair literally fell apart after 10 months. The back pulled out of the seat, the arm rest broke in two, No customer support at all (deal with the manufacturer) Thought I bought it from Staples. Manufacturer will replace parts but I still have a garbage product. Do NOT buy from Staples on-line. PS response from store is you bought it online-not my problem.
