horrible Quality

I bought two chairs a year and 4 months ago, now they need to be replaced. Because they lost their cushion support. They are used at health care facility front office .

Good chair

I purchased for my home office and got what I ordered. It is good for a low end chair but would be much better if the arms moved up and down.

Needed a desk chair for my husband working at home. Wanted something comfortable & cushioned - not just a mesh desk chair. Here are the pro's & cons. Bonded but looks nice, so far its comfortable & high back with some cushioned support in the lower back. It tilts back but only slightly & the arms go up. Other reviewers said it easy to assemble which is partially true - you will need another person to help at some point to bolt back onto the seat. ( I suggest you bolt the arms to the back first then bolt onto the seat). Directions useless - better off figuring out on your own. Nice looking chair but most all the parts like base & arms are thick plastic? - not metal. Also if you are very tall I'm not sure if you will be happy with the seat depth. Not sure how long it will last - time will tell. The price was a factor as I didn't want to spend $*** on a ergonomic desk chair.

Not what I expected

For the price I paid, I expected to open the box and find everything in it to be nicely wrapped. Instead, all the pieces looked like they were thrown in the box with most pieces loosely wrapped. It looked like someone returned it. I also wish NFM would disclose where their products are made and if the product has a proposition 65 warning. This chair has the proposition 65 warning, but you will only know that after you purchase it.

Great, simple, large, comfy desk chair

All pieces and parts arrived. The chair was easy to assemble and is very comfortable. The ability to swivel the arms up is a great feature.
