It came in the wrong size. The spec says these should be 20.75 inches but what came to me was 23.75 inches each and this is the second time. I'll return and reorder for a third time.

Wrong Size Tubes
Do Not believe the description that says they are 2 Quartz tubes that are 20.75 inches x 4 inches. That is WILDLY incorrect. I received this item, got really excited because a windstorm knocked over my patio heater and shattered the tubes -- only to realize these are WAY too tall. I measured each tube. They are 24.5 inches x 4 inches.
