Not recommended for long days

The chair was reasonably priced, easy to assemble and looks good. It’s just not that comfortable. I unfortunately sit almost all day for my work at the computer and the chair just doesn’t stand up to that. I find specifically that there is insufficient lumbar support and the front of the seat cushion is insufficient so that I feel like I am perpetually sliding out.

GOOD SERVICE

I purchased 2 Office chairs and ask for store to assemble. Picked up next day and a Staples employee placed in my SUV. Am pleased with the overall experience

Chair Review

Chair isn't exactly the same as i had previously or saw online and in the shop but it will work until i need another one. This is the third one i have purchased. The 1st one i have at home i use more often so the "leather" has started to peel off real bad. Not the best quality but it looks nice when in tack.

Chair does not go as high as I would like it to go. But it is comfortable.

Aaron did a winderful job puttingvour chsir together. Receiving the chair in a box, and havingvAaron come to our apartment and put it together worked fine.

cheap material

I bought this chair 2 months ago and the bonded leather is peeling already! so now what? do I take it back? Do I wait for it to peel more? I am very disappointed in the poor quality of the bonded leather. It should last longer than 2 months

Westcliffe Chair

Very comfy/padded chair. Tilt allows you to lean back (better than other chairs that don't go back enough to stay in a resting position).

Okay to sit in but…

I tested this chair out in the store and fell in love with how it hugs your body. I got home and assembled it according to the directions and its mechanism for leaning back creaks, clicks, and isn’t a smooth movement.

does not seem as well made as one I saw at staples store. do not expect it last ten years like my previous model.

Not as plush as the display chair.

The chair was easy to put together and was in good condition. However I do not feel the chair I brought home was as soft, comfortable or plush as the display chair. Will I take it back, NO. Am I dissatisfied YES.
