I love the look of this humidifier. In its own way it’s sexy. This humidifier is easy to use, the top comes off and you pour the water in. No daily moving around like with the tank humidifiers, which wear down.

I finally opened the box and I was very excited to get it running, but absolutely zero mist is coming out. I'm so disappointed. I love the look of the humidifier, but I wish I would have checked reviews before purchasing. I can't believe a company can continue to sell a product that obviously is defective.to

Big issue

I bought this and it has worked great until know the system is working but no humidity is coming out of it. So many people are having this issue and customer service won’t help or respond!!!

Don’t recommend

I bought this less than a month ago, and it was working great up until around the 5th fill. At which point without reason it just stopped working. Lights come on like normal, but is not pumping mist no matter what I do

I bought this product and it was good for a few months then I had problems with it leaking in to the electrical box and I have no idea what to due and customer support was not much help

Great humidifier

Little on the expensive side for a humidifier when compared to others. Easy to clean and puts out the cool mist like nobody's business. Will go through a container of water in less than 24 hours but vaporizes it well enough that it doesn't leave wet spots on the surfaces of whatever you place it on. The included water treatment pellet saves on filters as well.

I've had this for 3 years and it's worked fine until I was cleaning it and for some reason when I turn the bottom part back on the mechanism is stuck it unlocked and it won't lock. Therefore, it leaks water into the main reservoir, and now it won't turn on which is awful because I have an entire tropical plant collection and I need to keep them moist And happy and I just don't understand what happened. Stopper doesn't work anymore at the bottom to keep the water from falling down. And after reading all of the reviews my review is like whatever everyone else is saying mine did work for a while and I paid over $100 for it at target three years ago. Although this is happened a few times I was able to fix it before and honestly I don't remember what I did but it's the same issue after I get done cleaning it. I tried to put the bottom piece back on and I can't twist it to where it shuts off the valve all the water continuously leaks out and it won't turn on.

This was the perfect size for my bedroom. I also found it much easier to clean compared to other humidifiers. Happy I ordered it!

Outstanding Humidifier and Stylish

Very happy with this humidifier purchase. It has a powerful mist output to help with dry home conditions. I found it was easy to operate and refilling simple you just slide the top off and fill.

unable to get fragrance tray bk w/o dstroying unit

Unable to put fragrance tray back in place w/o destroying the unit. Too difficult to maneuver. Nver put water or fragrance in tray; sent unit and all parts back .

Started leaking everywhere

Worked fine for a little over a month, then started leaking everywhere for no obvious reason.

Pros and Cons

Pros: Great steam and place love the compartment to put essential oils. The modern look is nice.
