Love it! Great quality for the price.

Unfortunately I have to give this Zero stars. This item is not even remotely close to the pictures in the page. The black areas were scuffed and looked worn. The wood veneer inside was not walnut color veneered , instead it was a red-looking, cheap looking wood veneer that looks nothing like the pictures. What is worse is that I have not heard back from the seller and because I said these was a problem with the item Wayfair passed me back to the seller and now I can’t even return the item!!! Worst experience ever

Very nice piece. Wood is on the thin side so you have to be careful you don't go through it when screwing in nails.

Good looking product once built, but way over designed in terms of parts to screw in. The interior wood color was not accurate to the website listing. The quality of the board is very poor. So easy to chip simply by putting in the screws not to mention the exterior paint is not very durable and scratches easy. Needless to say Im just happy its finally put together but not sure id recommend.

THESES ARE AMAZING!!! BEAUTIFUL PIECES! I BOUGHT 3 SIDE BY SIDE FOR MY OFFICE BUT I WOULD EVEN LOVE THESE IN MY HOME!!

The edges were a little beat up. Like the look of the coat rack though.

I am very satisfied with the quality of this hall tree. It does take a couple of hours to assemble!

Was disappointed with the quality.

If I could give this 3.5, I would. The pros: It's gorgeous! Looks just like the photo. Deliver time was fairly quick. Cons: It arrived damaged. We are able to mostly fix it (luckily) but this is annoying. It takes a while to put together, even for my partner who is excellent at assembling things like this. The top shelf is too low. Anyone over 5'10 cannot sit straight up on the bench. This was the biggest issue we've had, trying to find a work-around.
