Dye Bled

The dye from this duvet cover and shams ruined my Charter Club Damask Sheets because of the fabric rubbing against sheet and transferring blue dye. I washed my sheets in bleach and still the color did not come out of the sheets. Poor quality. The dye will contine to bleed

Not what it looks like online

I purchased this as a click and collect and when i went to collect it I was so disappointed I asked for my money back. It simply didnt look like the picture online. It was a lot darker, like very dirty looking grey where as the pic made it look very white with grey lines. Briscoes customer service were good and acknowledged it didnt look anything like it.

Really nice but bigger than size on packaging

Really nice fabric, classy grown up design, but it's actually bigger than the size on the packaging. Duvet is loose inside and actually a bit of a sensory nightmare. Such a shame. Maybe size down?

Quick Delivery. Color was a bit dark than the picture itself. Haven't use it yet. will need to wash this first before use

Bought a Queen cover but there is way too much fabric left over once the insert is in. The main issue is the insert opening is large and the buttons continually fall off or unhook. The opening is so lose that you just can’t keep the buttons fastened. This was expensive so I’m disappointed that this isn’t working.

The color is gray while the pic in the catalogue is clearly blue. I can live with the gray but would have preferred the blue. BTW i used a b white light to view the material

Beautiful fabric has a denim look. Softened up well with one wash. Buttons and corner ties are useful to keep the duvet in place. Gives a stately, casual look to our bedroom

The color was definitely darker than the photos. The “shams” are really just an envelope closure pillow case, and it was way longer than my king sized pillow. Material was thin. Returned it.

Nice soft fabric but Buyer Beware! It is definitely a dark charcoal color not the soft blue in the pix. Pay attention to some of the other customers pix - they are more true to color. Also - the grid lines are blue not white. Pretty set but definitely not as shown in pix!
