OCTOBER 13 order not received

If I could give zero stars I would. I placed an order on October 13 and haven't gotten it yet. My email tracking and the customer service line last week I dictated I should be expecting soon. It was being made ready for shipping. The payment went through with no trouble. I'm very unhappy.

This is a pleasantly spiced citrus candle that truly evokes all that makes the holiday season bright. When lit, the fragrance has a somewhat smoky scent to me so that it is reminiscent of sipping hot cider on a cold winter’s night by a fireplace. That being said, I believe it is the spices that are creating a subtle hearth scent. Do not let that deter you from purchasing this candle if you do not like smoky fragrances. All the notes blend together beautifully to create a warm, slightly sweet, spice candle with a hint of juiciness from the citrus. This candle would be perfect for the winter season as well. The throw is a 7/10 in a bedroom. Highly recommend!

This is now a purchase that I NEED every year - in fact... I bought 2! Its one of the best citrus spice candles I've ever burned that and also not a dupe for any other scent in this category. It has a great performance and throw too. Please don't ever stop making this one, Yankee!

I love this fruit and spice scent! It reminds me of a potpourri of mulling spices, with robust citrus tones and clove. It makes a cold day seem very warm and inviting.
