They Sent The Wrong Chair
I just ordered the Flash furniture high back swivel chair a couple of weeks ago. It should have been this item as shown on the Office Depot website, but what I received was the chair model with a padded headrest - which was not advertised for the model I ordered. It's great if you're 5'4", but for me it's just pain between my shoulder blades. Not sure why they couldn't tell the difference at the warehouse or factory, but I'm out $110 (on sale, thankfully). Shame, it's otherwise a pretty comfortable chair with nice materials, though it rocks on the base a little too much, too. May just go to a furniture store next. If this hadn't been shipped from Indianapolis, I'd ask for an exchange or refund.

Easy to put together, not very comfortable. Would not recommend or buy again.
Seat is very hard
The chair is the right height for the area we need to use it in but the seat is very HARD. Thankfully, we mostly use for patients and they don't have to sit very long in the chair.
Functional and Sleek Office Chair
This chair is pretty comfortable and looks nice and sleek. I only sit in it a few of hours a day, but I like it. It is easy to roll and wipe down.
Doesn't Hold Up Well
This chair isn't even a year old yet and is peeling already. You can see in the pictures how matted down it has become, too. I'm really disappointed, considering the cost. It still functions, but looks terrible and I doubt we'll be keeping in much longer considering how frayed the seat already is.

Came dirty and with a tear in the material. Too huge to bother shipping back. Fairly easy to put together, but must look at not just the directions but also the small labeling on the pieces. Comfortable.

Great chair, just wish it was a little more comfy.
It's a very good chair, and there are only two small reasons why I did not give it five stars. The first is that I wish it had a little more cushioning on the seat. The second issue is that the chair does not adjust as low as I would like it to adjust. Overall, it is a great chair for the price.

The wheels don't even fully fasten to the base!! They insert MAYBE an inch and the second you lift the base they all fall out!! What a piece of crap!
Executive Chair
I am small and somewhat thin. Chair;s back seems to lean to rear and so is not very supportive, nor is it adjustable.
Cheaply built
I bought two of these chairs. I have only assembled one so far. The one I assembled and am using already is broken from gentle use. The chair sinks from its raised height either all at once or bits at a time. I am well under the weight limit. The chair only lasted a couple of months and now I am going to toss it.

OK for a basic chair but not much support and not very cushiony

Minus the annoying squeaking noise leaning back and then forward in the chair its not a bad chair.
