This storage bench was very easy to assemble and seems sturdy enough for the average residential user, but one should be careful when assembling as in certain positions, it can be brittle and break. I had a chip break out of one of the reinforcing ribs when I was assembling one, but overall it took less than 15 minutes to assemble one. Instructions are what you would expect when made in a not English speaking country, but were clear enough. They do give you 2 extra assembly screws in each box.

Love it, easy to put together and it's beautiful. Can really put lots of items in and didn't get wet during rain storm. Going to get another one soon.

Did not realize that this bench sits lower to ground than others. There are no footings so it sits directly on the ground so if there is any water it will sit in the water

For storage that can double as outdoor seating, this bench works great. We added a cushion, and that makes it even better. Easy to put together.

Plastic snaps used for assembly come apart easily (especially when people sit on it). The plastic back and front panel had 2 cracks in it from shipping. Bench has adequate storage for a lot of pool stuff. Bench itself is good, quality and assembly is the main reason for the poor scores.

Easy to assemble and keeps water out. Comfy for 2 adults to sit and relax.

Not sturdy enough to be outside!

My only complaint was that it came with the arm covers already on the arms and one of them was on backwards. It took me a few minutes to figure out. I thought the manufacturer sent the wrong part because the notch was on the wrong side. Studying the manual, the arm covers were to be put on last and that's when I saw they were already on.

The bench is just ok because some of the connections didn’t click into place and there are gaps in other areas. It was way to much trouble to disassemble and return so I guess I’ll have to live with it

Ordering is a Joke

Ordered a week ago and has remained in processing since with no update. Customer service is no help either. All they can tell me is it’s still processing. Ordered from somewhere else.
