Works fine for what it is
Used this for a knockdown texture in my basement. The room is roughly 200 sq. ft. so I knew I would be pushing it with only buying one bottle of this stuff. It only covered about a third of the basement ceiling at what I would consider a pretty light coating. Thankfully this stuff had the same consistency of thinned out drywall mud, and I had some of that leftover from the basement project. Honestly, if you're thinking of doing knockdown texture anywhere in your home, save some money and just buy premixed drywall mud, or get the drywall powder and mix it yourself to a thick paint consistency.
