HOMCOM 41" Farmhouse Kitchen Pantry, Freestanding 2 Door Storage Cabinet with Adjustable Shelves was easy to put together by myself. I purchased this item because I was replacing storage solutions in my kitchen that didn't match. The dimensions noted are true to size. The term 'pantry' made me think it would hold more than it does. I tested to see how many 15 oz cans it would hold on the shelves - 14 per long shelf, 3 per door shelf. Please note that shelves 2 and 3 (counting down from the top) are fixed shelves, while shelves 1 and 4 are adjustable. I opted to have the unit freestanding on the side of my refrigerator so I didn't use as a pantry but more as a spice rack and put lighter weighted things on the top shelf and heavier ones on the bottom. If you do choose to put heavier things on the bottom shelves, I would highly recommend using the wall anchors although I am not sure how long it would last under heavy weights. Even though it was smaller than I expected, it was an acceptable replacement storage solution.

We ordered this and the doors and shelves do not line up with where the hinges go. Can't even put it alll the way together now.

Overall, I had a very good experience. The ease of ordering along with a great price was wonderful! I received my product so fast I was very pleased with that. I will definitely be ordering from this company again I also like how all the parts are in bags that are labeled to match the instructions.

This product met my expectations. I purchased two of the same unit and assembled both myself. Cabinet has ample room for spices galore and many other pantry condiments. Since Christmas, I have ordered two of these cabinets and a kitchen island. My Holiday guests commented on the kitchen upgrades, and how the aesthetics of the kitchen had improved. Not only does my kitchen look larger, and more appealing, I have much more storage space.

Still going strong - Still using after over a year

We still have and use this pantry after purchasing this over a year ago. Solid construction. We use it daily and is very functional. Looks great! No issues with construction or quality of materials.

We purchased two of them for added cabinet space kitchen. They are super sturdy and excellent quality for the price. We plan on purchasing another one in the near future.

Perfect Pantry Cabinett

This cabinet was perfect for our needs. We have a galley kitchen and wanted additional storage. We were originally going to have a custom cabinet put in next to the island but a contractor suggested we buy a free standing unit tto save money. We love this piece. I was able to assemble it easily by myself with great directions that were clear and easy to follow. The cabinet is heavy and sturdy, we did not need to anchor it to the wall (we have no small children in the house and all of our heavy serving pieces are on the bottom shelf. The only problem we had was that the drawer pulls were missing and when we contacted the manufacturer, they were no longer manufacturing the part. As it turns out, I was able to drill in two holes and add knobs that I like better than the original design and because they go all the way through the drawer, (the others did not), I think they will be sturdier for the long run. Perfect quick, affordable, and easy solution to something that could have cost us much more without much more value! (Also love that the shelves are adjustable!)

A lot of room, quality built and nice finish! My only complaint is the shelf in the bottom can become dislodged off the pins that hold it, but there are things you can do to make it stable.

Great cabinets

My husband just put two of these together and we put them side to side to store puzzles, games and legos. They look wonderful. Sturdy and nice looking. They do have a chemical odor, not sure how long that will last.

Good value for money

This is a nice cabinet. I had my daughter help me put it together and its fairly sturdy, the only drawback for me is the lightweight backing on it. I'm going to use it for overflow storage of food items.

Great quality!

Very good quality. Easy to follow directions. Very sturdy and great looking. The extra space thus has added to the kitchen is wonderful.

Versatile

It was easy to put together. No problems. We are using it as a pantry so it's great that shelves are adjustable. A word of caution...don't spray on furniture polish. It streaks. I'm trying to buff it out with a cloth

I really love the way this piece fits perfectly into the space I purchased it for. It's very functional and works great as my cleaning supply and linen closet. The reason for three stars is because the quality is not that great, I had to use touch up paint in several areas where the black paint was chipped off and the doors do not align well at all, there is a large gap in between when they close on the lower doors and the upper doors do not align properly when closed.
