Product arrived on time and not damaged. Puts out nice cold air and cools off the area I want in a short amount of time.

Too noisy.

I purchased this online I want to say last year. I should have wrote a review at that time, but I did not. This thing is way too noisy you can't sleep with it running and the LED display is too bright. You can't dim it, I had to tape a piece of cardboard on the front. If I could have got it in my vehicle, I would have returned it immediately. One other customer wrote the same thing that I am writing. Not worth the money, I paid a lot more for it than what it is priced at now.

Took a little getting used to but has been great to have in my bedroom! I live in a 2 story home and the upstairs always stays warmer. It feels like a refrigerator in my bedroom, just the way I like it when I sleep ☺️ I highly recommend!

Did not cool room

It took forever to figure out how to set this properly, but I finally stumbled on the perfect settings and I am cool in my studio.

Stay Cool

I have a large area, but my bedroom was cut off, not being able to put my air conditioner in my livingroom. I purchased this product and it was a dream come true, loved it.

I purchased this to try to cool off my garage in the summer. It took some heat out, but I added 3 high velocity fans to make it comfortable. I don't know if my garage was too big for it, but I wouldn't buy it again.

Decent, takes quite a while to cool down our average-sized master bedroom. Otherwise, it does its job as expected. A bit louder than expected.

excellent I like it

Very noisy, if I could have I would have returned this product back to the store. Unfortunately, I did not have a vehicle that I could have put it in to return it. The LEDlights on the front display is too bright, can't dim the light it lights up the room

Ice before I bought the air conditioner I talked to your chat person and he recommended on my dimensions the unit that you sent me the unit only cools half of the room, some more of a disappointment and I think in the future I will make my own selection. Thank you.
