Disappointing Purchase

Rug is very thin, I ordered online, if I had seen in person, would never have ordered. Also, is was wrapped up in tightly in a circle, very difficult to get the rug to lay flat. Very disappointed in this purchase.

Looks gr8! But they sent us a Sam's Club bath mat

Ordered this rug, waited almost two weeks for it to come in. It finally arrived but it wasn't what we ordered. They sent us a black memory foam bath mat!!. To make matters worse it came from Sam's club.

Pretty, But…

This rug is very pretty, but it's really thin/flimsy. And it smells HORRIBLY!! The chemical smell was so bad that we had to put it out in the garage until I could return it!

a good deal

I got a good deal on this and it was definitely worth it! the colors are just as shown in the image. of course it's not particularly thick but for the money I thought it was perfect.

Blurry border/ color not as pictured or descrined

Edges blurry as in the border so bad it makes you dizzy to look at it! The color not as pictured it is a “ country blue “ according to the label but depending on light is sometime grey and in other light close to a wedge wood blue. Not a blue as described or a royal blue as pictured. I could and would not use it for these reason so I gave it away!

First when my rug came the label says “ country blue” not even a color choice on the site, second I ordered “blue” which looks royal blue in pictures. They do have a lighter blue but this rug is not that color either. It is grey but the border does not match the grey color choice. Something is wrong, second rug from Kohls that doesn’t match pictures.

Flawed

This rug has a flaw in it on the one end. If I weren’t 77 yrs old I would return it, but I can’t see myself lugging an 8x11 rug back to the store. Also after I ordered it it went on sale considerably lower than I paid. I contacted customer service and they did issue a credit, but told me I would get $30 in Kohl’s cash which I have yet to receive.

Moderate, at best

Color just as viewed. Quality is moderate, at best. Strong odor upon unrolling, so keep that in mind it will need to air for a few days. Corners stayed curled up for a long time and rug is bunching and puckering and cannot be flattened. We stretched and permanently affixed the rug to the floor and it is still bunching.

Bumbling boob

I ordered two rugs, SAME COLOR, different sizes. The smaller one came in a different color. I sent it back and reordered the one I wanted. SAME ERROR. These people just can't get it right.
