This runner was rolled up so tightly and then must have been squished during storage or delivery because even after two weeks, I cannot get the rug to lie flat. It appears that the backing is permanently bent, and there are many ripples along its length. I've tried weighting it down at the ends, rolling it the opposite way for a couple of days, and just leaving it down, hoping it will flatten after being walked on, but nothing has worked. It looks terrible.

Durable and beautiful rug

Love my rug. I was looking for that Bridgeton inspired French provincial look at a low price and FOUND it. I love the color and details of the rug. This was a great choice for my living room area. So far a great durable area rug

Dark

The blue looks like a light to medium blue with gray and light blue accents online. Its not, its so much darker and just looks navy and gray. Not the colors I thought it was. It also feels like its going to flatten and get worn in spots very fast.

Beautiful rug, low quality

I loved the design, color and feel of the rug.

These are very nice rugs for the price. I bought four to place in our building foyers. I wish they had used a cardboard tube when rolling the rugs as it would have made flattening much easier. Without it the rugs come kinda oval and flattening takes much longer.

I wish I could see and touch before purchase

The rug is not very thick and material is not soft to touch. Will need thick pad underneath. The colors are beautiful but not as appear on picture. I liked it better when I could see in person

Pretty but has issues

Pretty pattern and color. However, the rug smells so bad. Like very strong newspaper ink. Gives me a headache. Lumpy when laid out because it was packaged folded. Hopefully the lumps relax. Rug is thin but I expected that for the price.

Good

Its a great rug. The size was perfect. I love that it cleans easily and has very good quality. The only thing that I don’t like is that is very thin i cold still feel the cold tiles through it. Other than that I really like it.

Dissatisfied

When it arrived. I noticed that the wrapping states that it was the wrong item. I opened that wrapping and noticed the design and name of the design is not what I had ordered. Why did you not just tell me it was out of stock and refund my money. Also, since it would cost me too much to send back, I noticed how stretchy the rug was. It would seem that I will have to buy some kind of padding like carpeting has and possibly a rug stretcher. I am not rich and just stapelled it doon with a strip of a wool blanket. Your shipping method is under par. I was warned not to deal with Lowe's as you use your own vehicles. I've been told that it would take such a long time for a small item. That you would only wait unil enough suckers(sic) in my area for it to be feasible to receive my order. I believe that now.

NOT the color I ordered

VERY disappointed. I ordered the Blue/Ivory what I got was the blue/grey (that looks more like light turquiose and light tan with white)

Pretty rug, great buy.

Just received, opened and put down this rug. I purchased a 5 x 7 in the light blue color. It was rolled and packaged very well! I laid it over an existing, but worn, wall to wall carpet in a bedroom. It is perfect for that use and quite pretty. It's thin but pretty soft even on bare feet. It laid mostly flat...there are a few shallow ripples at the end that was on the inside of the rolled rug. I'm sure they will flatten out over time. I am very happy with my purchase and the price was awesome.

If you like purple-ish instead of blue......lol

The color is more of a purple than a blue....! Even this one with a slip resistant mat under it, you will be constantly fighting with it to stay in place. I had it at the bottom of my stairs and kept moving and almost slipping people up, so I moved it so that it was under a rug on one corner and under furniture on the other to keep in place. Worked out much better.... Other than that, great price, beautiful color-for being more purple than blue, and soft on the feet. :) Would not purchase in the future though, as I would purchase either one with a backing already on it or spend a bit more money on better quality. Great for the course for now....
