Nice but doesn’t match online picture

Nice buffet, but I bought based on how it looked online and it didn’t look the same in person. Was hoping for a farmhouse look and this didn’t look too much of a farmhouse style to me and the color didn’t match as online really. But someone else may prefer this style/color.

My wife loves it. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the top is only attached with 2 straps in back, which leaves the front unstable, you can tip it back easily. I added a dowel pin to each side and small L-brackets on each side in front. Now it's nice and stable and SAFE!! Over-all it's a nice unit, was fairly easy to assemble, only took me about an hour to an hour and a half, outside of the improvement I made.

Once it's put together it's quite nice.

The product itself is very nice. However every single piece of it requires assembly, I wasn't aware it would require so much time to put it together. If you have the patience and enjoy doing this sort of thing, it's worth it! The instructions are a little bit of a challenge at certain points but pretty good for the most part.

The cabinet looks great, especially for the price. I saw it on other well known sites as much as three times the price. It did take over two hours to assemble though (closer to three). Everything is labeled. I didn’t give five stars because the drawers don’t pull out far enough.

I would definitely recommend this furniture!

I ordered the black with the stainless steal top. I am very pleased with this purchase, the quality is very good and it fits perfectly in a small space in my kitchen. It took some time to put together but it wasn't difficult. It's a really beautiful shelf I'm very happy.

An Actual Wood Cabinet that is RTA

We have a small space, but needed a cabinet for storage. This fits our space perfectly. It is made of real wood (not pressboard), and assembly was easy, all parts fit as they should, and each hardware bag included 1 extra piece of each item. The instructions were large print, clear, and easy to follow. The cabinet looks great!

Love this little hutch. So pretty and everything fits!

This cabinet is so pretty and well built. If you follow the directions step by step, you'll have it done in about three hours and it's perfect. It's so pretty and holds everything we previously had on our Bakers rack. But with this, everything is hidden underneath and it looks nice and clean and neat. I would purchase this again and I definitely recommend it for you to buy .

this Is a well engineered piece of furniture. The holes lined up, the doors were aligned. Very nice looking unit with very little adjustment needed by me. The instructions are clearly written and easy to follow. The unit looks great!!

Bakers Rack

I bought this bakers rack for my daughter last September and it looks really nice but I would not recommend it for the following reasons:

Good product for the price

Assembly took long. The Buffet took my wife and I 3+ hours, and the hutch took 1.5 hours. The instructions were clear but the pieces kept coming apart. The assembly relies very heavily on cam locks and they just dont lock firmly. I'm afraid when we move next time, the whole unit may fall apart if lifted in the wrong way. That apart, the unit looks good and is a good product for the price. If you're planning on keeping on regular size alcohol bottles in the hutch or buffet you may have to give up a shelf.

I was pleasantly suprised !!

The only reason I'm giving this one 4 stars is, there are two small smudge-like imprints on the top left door panel. This is the only flaw I found and it was after it had been assembled and I was wiping it down ! So my advice check all the pieces carefully while assembling! It was packaged very well so I think it was a flaw in construction ... otherwise I love the roomy design and it looks so beautiful in my kitchen!!! I had to buy the small cabinet to go with!!

I use these as a combination storage for my pretty vintage dishes (in hutch) my microwave, a vintage cookie jar that belonged to my mother (my brother calls it "the scary clown cookie jar") and my mint green mini-mixer. In the buffet I store my paper crafting supplies. My home is very small and everything serves a dual purpose. I bought two of these at the same time and assembled them myself. The first one took a while, but the second went together very quickly as I then had the experience. I really like them. They are perfect for my "munchkin" home. I only gave it four stars because they call the color white but it is more of an off-white. I will have to paint them later to match my cupboard.

Very Nice Product

This was more hutch then bakers rack, but that's ok because that's what I wanted. Well built product. Assembly takes a while and you really have to pay close attention to the instructions. Couldn't be more pleased with the finished product. Also it was really packed well in the shipping boxes and there was zero shipping damage.

Wish I had the space for the larger unit as I love this unit

Definitely a 2 person job to put together as several pieces slide together and need to be held to fit with other pieces - but very easy to put together. Took about 1 hour to put together. One of the glass panels on the top part arrived broken so I'll contact for replacement but considering this came all the way from Thailand, and the delivery man had to lug the three boxes up 2 flights of stairs - the unit was impeccably packed and arrived without any dings. My KitchenAid mixer fits in the bottom section while still allowing for the shelf to be place.

Looks Great!!!

Very pleased. Assemby was quite easy. I did have experience with cam locks, so that helped. Also, re-positioning of furniture during assembly also helps in supporting the pieces as you assemble. This is not indicated in the instructions. One minor glitch. The pilot holes on one of the drawer fronts (attach to the drawer bottom) was on the wrong side. found this out when I installed the drawer and it did not slide properly. Compared to other drawer and saw the problem right away. Reversed and NO Problem!!! White unit does have grayinsh tint (caution for those looking for bright white).

Very attractive and useful. Nice size to fit almost anywhere

We use this item of furniture to supplement storage in our extremely small kitchen. This item is very attractive. It took a while to put together, but is very secure once assembled. One of the cupboard doors had two tiny nails pushed all the way to the front of the cabinet, where it could cut or scratch one's hand, but we backed the nails out a bit.

We would order from your company again with no doubts!!!!!

Oh my gosh, we cannot believe how wonderful this piece of furniture is, my husband is a finished carpenter and he was doubtful of ordering

Poor Quality Control

The Wood & Color on the Hutch is fine ! Much assembly required which is fine as well. Found damage to the drawer rail on one side, which was completely torn off. Then the drawer divider had the rails installed backwards, which I fixed best I could. One drawer is still not right. Also Cams used for assembly are made out of pot metal and 4 of them Broke way too easy. Chips in the wood, mostly on the inside where we couldn't see them. But as they say, its was made in Thailand and you get what you pay for sometimes !!

Home styles buffet/hutch

I absolutely LOVE my cabinet! I have plenty of storage space for my cookbook collection, among other items. And should I decide to serve food, I can use the stainless top to do so. The cottage oak is a gorgeous color & the satin nickel hardware gives it a rustic appeal, which matches my kitchen perfectly! For anyone with small kitchen space, this is a great choice...& the price was reasonable. Well made cabinet...Highly recommend!

Solid Piece

Shipment arrived in 3 boxes ahead of scheduled delivery time. Assembly is a little tedious for one person, but instructions and fit/finish were good. I like that a lot of the pieces were solid wood and those that weren't didn't impact structural integrity. I got the steel top and it is a very nice upgrade. Would've been a 5 except for a couple of issues: method of connecting hutch to base (explained below), and strength of magnets for closing hutch doors (too strong - have to hold unit to open doors). Counter top extends past the plane of the back side of the hutch/base which means the two steel tabs provided for the connection don't sit flush against the components. I bought a 4 foot long steel strip and bent it in a vice to fit around the counter top extension enabling me to attach both pieces in the middle and provide a much stronger connection. Additional hardware was provided to attach the hutch to the wall to prevent tipping over. I elected to raise the front feet which tilts the unit back against the wall to minimize odds of tipping. Overall, these are refinements, but still time consuming. Overall, very pleased with appearance, storage space, and resiliency of steel top.
