terrible quality

After having this chair set up for about a week, a leg completely cracked while my nephew was sitting in it. Also, these chairs easily tip over. Trying to return or possible get a new leg but so far customer service has been less than desirable

The chairs arrived quickly and I love the style and fabric. All that had to be done was attaching the legs. On the first chair the legs attached easily, but the second chair not so much. On two of the legs the bottom screw holes did not match up. They were only slightly off but that made attaching them a pain. I was able to etch out the bottom of the hole enough to get them attached but for the price of the chairs I shouldn't have had to do that but returning the chair would have been a pain too.

Had a lot of trouble assembling this item. The holes didn't quite align correctly in one of the chairs and another chair was missing about 6 of its decorative rivets. When I inquired about replacing these parts, they were unable to do so. I ended up purchasing decorative rivets to replace them and they still don't match. Overall, they look okay in my dining room set but I wouldn't buy them if given another chance.

Beautiful chairs - awesome color!

The chairs are gorgeous and easy to put together. I bought these because they had a higher weight capacity than most dining chairs and thought they would be sturdier. They hold up pretty well, but I already need to tighten up one of the legs. I am hoping I just didn't tighten them enough during assembly as we have only used them a couple of dozen times.

Very happy with the purchase

Have been looking for a very long time for head dining chairs. Needed one with a high enough back to match the rest of our chairs.

Cool navy blue JLA- London chairs

Did not take long - around 10 minutes- for one person to install them. They are beautiful, pretty big, comfotable, sturdy chairs, especially bronze studs.( eventhough studs are not my favorite, 1st time to have them on my furniture). They brought a serious classic look to my very high ceiling dining room but probably still cozy enough to seat for hours enjoying meal time. Yet they are elegan as accent chairs for lower ceiling living room too. Good price. Similar chair could cost double at high end stores. I expect packaging should be better to protect such a good quality products like these ones. Hope this can help.

Classic style updated

This chair looks expensive but isn't. I bought two in gray as dining chairs to go with a small breakfast table. The color is as shown and has flecks of other neutral colors - better than a solid gray. The nail heads have been put in straight and add to the quality look. They are comfortable and don't need an additional lumbar pillow. They came boxed and very well protected. Just attach the legs easily wth the Allen wrench provided. The legs were somewhat scratched however.
