In my humble opinion this chair is a no go. The cushion is oddly plump and I couldn’t find a comfortable seat position despite all the adjustability. And here’s the deal breaker: the lumbar support. Imagine sitting in an airplane seat with a hard bound edition of war and peace in your back. OK, it’s not that bad. but you get the gist. The hard plastic lumbar support is very uncomfortable. I could not find a position that didn’t bother me. I’m sure office chairs are a matter of taste, and for some this might be just fine, but for me, it’s on to something I hope will be better.

This chair is ok. The lumbar support is serious. It comes with an adjustable lumbar built in the back. I don’t necessarily like it. I like to sit freely in whichever position I want. Criss cross, feet up, etc. the lumbar doesn’t allow me to do this. Plus the cushion is not very wide. The cushion is very comfortable and will definitely hold up over time. The chair does not lean back.
