I had a Hon office chair at work and it was fabulous, so I wanted the same comfort and reliability at home. This chair exceeds those expectations. As a big person, this chair is solid while remaining comfortable. Based on the previous performance of Hon office furniture, this is very likely the last chair I will ever need to buy for my home office.

Nice big chair - I work from home and have had this chair for over a year now and it still looks and feels like new. Very sturdy and comfortable and glides nicely.

Worst chair ever. Very stiff and doesn’t tilt back. What a waste of money!!

False advertising by Wayfair. Not and I mean not a leather chair. Then Wayfair wants to bill you $140 to return the chair. Then they do not schedule the return pick up which holds back your credit.

Poor Quality chair !!!!!

This chair has not held up. I though it was leather ,however, the outer skin that is less than 1mm thick started shedding off not long after I got it. Now when I sit in it for while I get up and find black pieces of this all over the floor. This chair is junk , don't buy

Poor FedEx guy that carried this to my door. It’s heavy and should have been carried by two people! The hardware kit fell out so I contacted wayfair for another one. They basically said sorry can’t do that but we can send you another chair. So I contacted HON and they had a hardware kit shipped to my house in a few days. The chair is awesome and perfect for the big and tall man in my life. Also, this is the first time I ever had an issue with the wayfair customer service. I just needed a few bolts and didn’t want to have to throw a whole chair away when there was nothing wrong with it. I’m so glad HON was able to provide.

I haven’t really used it yet / still in the middle of project - but I’m not disappointed with how it looks so far.

This executive chair is great for a modern office. It's quite firm and provides needed support for the back. Mind that it is better for tall people.
